Part of what fuels this madness is that best practices are ostensibly built on more content, more systems of delivery, more innovation…. more, more, more. Just like professionals in other fields, educators are plagued by information overload and stimuli exhaustion, and, they have resigned themselves to overwhelm as the new normal.

Coaching Information

For Individuals

New coaching clients begin with an 8 session coaching program that costs $2000.
We meet once a week for 50 minutes in person, by phone or on Zoom.
After 4 sessions, we will review the frequency of our meetings. Sometimes moving to every other week at this point makes sense.
After you complete an 8 session program, you can schedule any number of sessions you wish, at any time.

For Groups or Teams

A group that wants to increase its effectiveness, raise its emotional intelligence, and be more productive, is ripe for coaching.
New groups begin with an 8 session coaching program that costs $3000.
Group sessions take place in person or via Zoom.
The frequency of our 60 or 75 minute meetings is determined by (1) the coaching goals of the group and (2) time/schedule/availability of members and coach.
After completing an 8 session program, the group can schedule any number of sessions, anytime
